reflection :i agree with this statement because just because everyone tries to walk out the school  because of the donald trump protest doesnt mean you have to do it ,do whats best for yourself dont let others get in the way of your education and your future always think positive because if your thinking negative then your not getting anywhere for yourself and in life.

  "True independence and freedom can only exist in doing what's right". - Brigham young        I can relate to what this quote is saying because i chose the wrong once and i got my freedom and trust taken away and now i'm a phone less person but its okay because with that i can prove them i'm a good person and i'm getting my stuff together i mean i was just a lazy person but that's okay i guess. and with this going on i will have independence and freedom with me doing whats right all the time which is no ugly language and like being truthful never telling lies and other stuff like that.

The Harmful Effects of Smoking Smoking could lead to many harmful things and life threatening as well. For example, smoking can cause pneumonia, emphysema, and lung cancer. More than 10 times as many U.S. citizens have died prematurely from cigarette smoking than have died in all the wars fought by the United States. Out of these three things lung cancer is the deadliest with 84%. According to statistics 90% of Adult smokers started to smoke before the age of 18 and are still smoking till this very day, unless they've passed away because of cigarettes. If you have asthma, tobacco smoke can trigger an attack or make an attack worse. In order for us the US population to stop these tobacco industries we all need to speak up together and the voices will be heard. This is why in my future I will not be smoking or do any type of drug or something to harm myself.
