Duties and Responsibilities: Basic Job Description: Provide beauty services, such as shampooingcutting,coloring, and styling hair, and massaging and treating scalp. May also apply makeup, dress wigs, perform hair removal, and provide nail and skin care services.
Salary:Most licensed cosmetologists work in “personal care industries,” which include full-service salons, day spas and as skin care and nail technicians. These cosmetologists earn an average of $12.96 per hour, or an annual salary of $26,950, according to the BLS.
Education: high school diploma or GED,  cosmetology program, or it might be part of the state's requirements to become a licensed cosmetologistCosmetology training programs are sometimes available at high schools.
Demand for this particular career:Job Growth. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics in 2010, jobs in cosmetology are expected to grow at a rate of 16 percent between 2010 and 2020. This growth is just a little higher than the national average of 14 percent.

Reflection:  yes i would be a cosmetology because i love doing makeup and facial things i find it fun and interesting to do for a career.
